4. Payments & Refund Policy

4.1 Monthly Subscription

Your subscription grants access to premium tournaments (“super tournaments”) and platform features.

All subscription payments are final and non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • Duplicate billing
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent you from accessing your account shortly after purchase (first 24–48 hours)

No refunds are issued for partially used subscription periods.

4.2 Tournament Entry Fees

Entry fees apply only to specific events that require individual registration.

Entry fees are non-refundable, unless:

  • The tournament is canceled by us
  • A technical error caused a wrongful charge
  • The user paid by mistake and has NOT participated or gained any competitive advantage

Refunds are NOT issued for:

  • No-shows
  • Disqualifications
  • Personal schedule conflicts
  • Changing your mind

4.3 Super Tournaments

Super tournaments are included in the monthly subscription and are not refundable separately.

5. Data Sharing

We only share your information with trusted service providers when necessary:

  • Payment processors (Stripe, Shopify)
  • Customer support services (e.g., MooseDesk)
  • Analytics tools

These partners are required to follow strict data protection rules.

We do not sell data to advertisers.
